Another week at my bootcamp training gives me 255 minutes to add. It's going well so far. It's HARD!!!! But I really like the trainer, my workout partner, and the comraderie of the class. I haven't officially weighed at WW since I started but according to my home scale I have definitely lost some pounds! Wed. will be my official WW weigh in. Can't weight!

Deb - Wow, the bootcamp training sounds awesome! I can't wait to hear your results either!
For me, 40 minutes on Wednesday and and hour yesterday on the elliptical, bringing my total to 485.
The group total is now 5,452 + 100 = 5,552
