I'm new and I know I won't post this much exercise regularly, but I went to a museum yesterday and walked for about 90 minutes. I'm counting 60 of that, because so much of it was stop and go, so:
9.010 + 60 = 9.070 New Group Total
Counting some weight work, walking, and only the horse back riding where I was specifically really working on physically challenging things, I've got 120 minutes to contribute:
9197 + 120 = 9317
