  • I'm new and I know I won't post this much exercise regularly, but I went to a museum yesterday and walked for about 90 minutes. I'm counting 60 of that, because so much of it was stop and go, so:

    9.010 + 60 = 9.070 New Group Total
  • just 20 min for me today. I walked in a forest preserve as a grading break...

  • 10 mile bike ride.. 47 min
