I can’t believe I was forgetting to track! Let’s see –
Monday – 40 minutes elliptical
Tuesday – 30 elliptical, 30 weights
Thursday - 30 elliptical, 30 trainer
Friday – 60 elliptical
Saturday – 60 dance/balance
Monday – 30 elliptical
That is a total of 310, bringing my total to 795.
The group total is now 9,539 + 310 = 9,849

Ok walked my buttocks off today lol...around the block turned into around the neighborhood lol Oh my gosh I might meet my goal!

Man, not only did I underestimate for the month, but I realy suck at posting this daily. I've got 7 days to add (Wed / Tues).
Walked the dog every day, plus yard work on Sat, totals up to 170 minutes.
Personal Goal = 400 (-70-110-20-215-55-170 =240 over goal)
GROUP TOTAL: 9984 + 170= 10,154 min

35 minutes elliptical last night - I was feeling rather drained (darn TOM!) That brings my total to 880.
