9 minutes of floor exercises yesterday--I should do those more often, 9 minutes was all i could manage, def. got heart rate up, and yet no pressure on my feet.

I was getting tired of floundering with consistent exercise and so I decided to do something that would force me to commit. So I am committed to this class for the next 20 weeks. So far in the first 6 days of October I have exercised more minutes than I did the whole month of September!
