I did an hour yoga class on Wednesday and then 25 minutes on the elliptical last night, bringing my total to 1380. I made my goal!17,811 + 85 = 17,896

I made my exercise goal and then some! I did 2650 this month and I set my goal for 2000. 18,166 New Group Total. You guys are doing so great!
