I need to get on the Gazelle for a bit this morning. Haven't done it much at all since the muscle pull but the other day I did it kind of gently for 15 mins and was okay.

Jumping in a little late
Thought I would just jump right on in here. I count my exercise in distance, not minutes, but it's easily convertible - 30 min = 2.5 km
So I'm adding in what I've done so far in July - 1 hr
Group Total: 2907 + 60 = 2967
Let me know if I'm doing it wrong!
