  • 30 minutes of walking this morning:

    Group Total: 1,182 + 30 = 1,212
  • Walked my dog 40 minutes this afternoon.

    GROUP TOTAL 1,212 + 40 = 1,252
  • 30 minutes elliptical and 30 minutes weights, brining my total to 120.

    The group total is now 1,252 + 60 = 1,312
  • I did an hour of yard work this morning.

    Personal Goal: 60/900

    Group Total: 60 + 1,312 = 1,372
  • Another walk into town and back! 60 min

    Group total ~ 1,372 + 60 = 1,432 min
  • Good exercise day for me, considering I had done NONE when I got home from work and shopping at around 6 PM!!!

    30 minutes walking
    30 minutes weight balls/resistance bands/hula hoop
    64 minutes water aerobics
    124 minutes total today

    Personal total = 293/1200

    Group total = 1432 + 124 = 1556
  • Personal Total: 180/1500

    Group Total: 1556 + 60 = 1616
  • I got in 80 minutes of yard work this morning.

    Personal Goal: 80 + 60 =140

    Group Total: 80 + 1,616 = 1,696
  • Walked my dog 35 minutes.

    GROUP TOTAL 1,696 + 35 = 1,731
  • 16 minutes with my dance DVD. I'm not done for the day, but if I don't add things as I do them I lose track

    Group total: 1,731 + 16 = 1,747
  • 20 min on treadmill and 60 min on DDR = 80

    Group total = 1,747 + 80 = 1,827
  • Biking = 174 minutes
    Water aerobics = 68 minutes
    Weight balls = 5 minutes
    Today's total = 247 minutes

    Personal total = 540/1200

    Group total = 1827 + 247 = 2074
  • Can't believe i'm posting to add a mere 5 minutes, but it got me to my 20 for the day. Did a little weight lifting for arms.

    Group total: 2074 + 5 = 2079
  • I think it is GREAT that you are adding your five minutes! EVERY minute counts both for your health but also to help us make our goal!!!
