Walked my dog 40 minutes this afternoon.
GROUP TOTAL 1,212 + 40 = 1,252

30 minutes elliptical and 30 minutes weights, brining my total to 120.
The group total is now
1,252 + 60 = 1,312

Good exercise day for me, considering I had done NONE when I got home from work and shopping at around 6 PM!!!
30 minutes walking
30 minutes weight balls/resistance bands/hula hoop
64 minutes water aerobics
124 minutes total today
Personal total = 293/1200
Group total = 1432 + 124 = 1556

Water aerobics = 68 minutes
Weight balls = 5 minutes
Today's total = 247 minutes
Personal total = 540/1200
Group total = 1827 + 247 = 2074

Can't believe i'm posting to add a mere 5 minutes, but it got me to my 20 for the day. Did a little weight lifting for arms.

Haven't added my minutes for a few days!
(Tues) 75 + (Wed) 90 + (Thurs) 90 + = 255
Personal Goal: 345/1200
Group total: 255 + 2079 = 2334
