Heyy all,
Just wanted to make a little note of my exercise goal... actually, I've never really made one before (I never really minded going running or hitting the gym, but it wasn';t my TOP priority). That is about to change!
Since it's already July 13 (yikes! The summer is flying by!!), I'm going to set my goal to
660 minutes for the remainder of the month (that's 4-5 days a week for an hour a day).
I'll be back after my run!
