  • Line Dancing for 50 mins.

    Group total ~ 10,073 + 50 = 10,123 min
  • 15 min bike
    25 min walk
    5 min elliptical (I'm going to have to get used to that one. It felt weird)
    20 min strength

    Group total 10,123 + 65 = 10,188
  • 27 minutes on the gazelle

    10188 + 27 = 10215
  • 20 minutes swimming/treading water last night

    Group Total 10,215 + 20 = 10,235
  • 60 min weight training for me!

    Group total ~ 10,235 + 60 = 10,295 min
  • 70 hard-earned minutes at the gym today... I'm on a roll!

    10,295 + 70 = 10,365
  • 60 minute yoga class and 45 minutes on the elliptical brings my total to 780.

    The group total is now 10,365 + 105 = 10,470
  • 240 minutes since last time.

    Personal Goal: 240 + 650 = 890/900

    Group Total: 240 + 10,470 = 10,710
  • 30 min WATP

    GROUP TOTAL 10,710 + 30 = 10,740
  • 20 minutes gazelle

    10740 + 20 = 10,760
  • Half mile walk two days in a row for 40min total, plus an additional 10 minutes of walking I did on Tuesday for a total of 50min.


    Group total ~ 10,760 + 50 = 10,810
  • 20 min treadmill (on 3mph! A first for me. I usually walk the track @ 2mph)
    15 min bike
    5 min elliptical (ouch ouch ouch)
    15 min strength

    Group total - 10,810 + 55 = 10,865
  • Adding my 45 minutes walking--
    10865 + 45 +10910!
  • 40 min elliptical!

    Group total ~ 10,910 + 40 = 10,950 min
