Last night went swimming at a friend's house... I'm not sure of the exact time, probably about an hour. I tried to keep moving in the water to burn the maximum number of calories!

60 min walk... we walked to our downtown area and back. Downtown tonight was a big party for Harry Potter ("The Party that Shall not be Named"). We basically walked through it, spent some time at a coffee shop, and walked home!

I can truthfully say that I have never worked that hard before in my life. The stadium set a new attendance record, and we were short 3 people in the kitchen and only had one working oven. 5 1/2 hours and I got to sit down for a total of 10 minutes. So I will count 300 minutes.

I bought a new WATP DVD yesterday. This one is a 4mile which is an hour. Previously I had been doing the 30 minute one. I gave the 4 mile a try today but could not finish it. I did 35 minutes before needing to stop. It seems to be not just longer, but a higher intensity than the other WATP I have. That's good though. This will be a challenge and a goal to get to where I can finish the whole hour.
