Tonight I did 60 minutes on the elliptical. I started at hill level 8, but I totally ran out of steam, dropped it down to 5 and still almost barely made it through my time. That brings my total to 1400.
Got my last 30 min of the month in (elliptical). For a while I thought I was -- for once -- going to blow my goal out of the water. I guess it was a good thing I was so ahead of the game, because even with my knee problem I made my goal!! And my knee is feeling better, so all in all, I'm happy.
BodyToo - WATP is Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone. They are a great line of dvds where you walk in place but add different things to make it fun and not too repetitive. They are good for almost any fitness level and they are also great because you don't have to worry about choreography (although as a dancer that might not bother you!)
Tonight I did 8 minute warm up on the elliptical, 30 minutes with my trainer, and then another 30 on the elliptical. That brings my July total to 1468 - a good bit higher than my goal of 1200!
The group total is now 17,756 + 68 = 17,824

Hi Everyone I'm just adding in my totals at the end of the month please let me know if this really bothers anyone, but I'll forget to update otherwise... so I did pretty well considering my mother was in town for a whole week. I've ben walking 6 days a week 2-4 miles on average.
