Wednesday night I did 30 on the elliptical and then 13 on the treadmill (10 at really high incline) and then last night I did 30 elliptical and 35 strength training, bringing my total to 398.
Hi... I'm new here. Just started today. I've got alot to lose, alot of dusty videos and equipment sitting around, and alot of excuses for not using it. Honestly, I am planning to start walking in the morning....goal 3 mph for 1 hr. I know I will sweat just off of that.

Welcome! If you take a look at the first post of our thread, you'll see we set goals for minutes of exercise each month and then track our own individual and group totals. So, would you like to set a goal for the rest of April? One you think is really do-able for YOU.
Last night I did 45 minutes on the elliptical at the gym, bringing my total to 443. I thought I was going to be behind for the month, but I am actually right on track!
