Racked up the minutes last night. Mowed the lawn - 45 minutes, raked the lawn - 30 minutes, then 10 on the eliptical today and 20 min (round trip) walk to and from work...105 total minutes!

20 min quick fix, 30 min belly butt and thighs, 40 min weights with jari love. Was still hurting from Tuesday, but went ahead and did ok.
