Hi, I'm back AGAIN, lol, add 60 miutes mowing the lawn, it sounds NOTHING BUT it's a steep incline & the lawnmower is REALLY heavy, Steve usually does it.

I got in 60 minutes this morning. If I had known I was so close to my goal for this month, I'd have done an extra 10 minutes.

Ladies, I exercised my butt off this weekend! You can add another 190 minutes for me:
4/13/07 60 min walking + 30 min exercises (both with friends)
4/14/07 60 min hiking on a trail
4/15/07 30 min hiking on a trail
Personal Goal: 330 + 190 = 520 (80 min left!)
GROUP TOTAL: 8428 + 190 = 8618

I cleaned the house this afternoon for about an hour and a half, so I'm going to count 30 minutes of that since I did manage to work up a sweat!

You gotta love these WATP series! 2 days in a row now and not bored!
I did the 2 mile brisk walk (4mph) yesterday and today. I'm sitting on this stability ball at the computer instead of using my ol chair - helps strengthen that middle! Hey, ya gotta make exercise fun or YOU WON'T DO IT LONG, right?

Guess what? I pass my goal already!! Add another 105 minutes for me yesterday (4/16) for walking and exercising with friends.
Personal Goal: 520 + 105 = 625 (GOAL achieved + 25 min!)
