Welcome StacyJazmine -- Because it's just about the end of the month, you will only add your minutes for the last couple of days of the month, but I just started the May exercise thread, so you'll want to set your goal for the full month there.
120 mins this weekend seriously hard house cleaning, windows, doors, hoovering, polishing, junking stuff,gardening got a good sweat on!! And of course a clean house!
Still have 80 minutes to do today to meet my goal, so not sure how to reach that but might go for a long walk with hubby later or go to the gym tonite, in fact think I'll go for the gym!
Did OK this month, but not as good as some others. I usually set myself a goal of 40 mins every day (Approx. 1200 for the month), then I try to do more on most days so I can have a rest day or two each week.
Personal Goal... 1430/1200 - So 230 ABOVE my goal.
Group Total... 15,786 + 1430 = 17,216
(I hope it was OK that I corrected the above total.)
Talk about coming in from behind...I worked my hiney off this weekend. (Hopefully, literally! ) I did AT LEAST three hours of seriously heavy yard work - digging, hammering, carrying, wheel-barrowing (uphill) and planting. Giving myself 180 minutes for Sat and Sun and then another modest 20 today! A total of 200 minutes.
Personal Goal 747/800 - almost made it and probably did, I'm just not sure enough of the time to go over 180 on the yard-work.
