Wednesday night I did 30 on the elliptical and then 13 on the treadmill (10 at really high incline) and then last night I did 30 elliptical and 35 strength training, bringing my total to 398.
The group total is now 6,425 + 108 = 6,533 |
Add another 30 minutes for me:
4/12 20 minutes fitness ball DVD + 10 minutes personal step machine Personal Goal: 240 + 30 = 270 (330 minutes left) Group Total: 6533 + 30 = 6563 |
30 minutes on the treadmill and 50 min at the gym
6563 + 80 = 6643 |
50 min weight training!
Group total ~ 6643 + 50 = 6693 min |

Personal Goal ~ 310 + 30 = 340/700 (miscell exercises; have added ladies sit-ups and leg-lifts to my repertoire to add more minutes each day)

Another hour of walking (2.94 miles) as well as an hour of tennis.

Hi... I'm new here. Just started today. I've got alot to lose, alot of dusty videos and equipment sitting around, and alot of excuses for not using it. Honestly, I am planning to start walking in the morning....goal 3 mph for 1 hr. I know I will sweat just off of that.

I know I'm bad about keeping up, but I have written everything down. Here's so far for April:

Last night I did 45 minutes on the elliptical at the gym, bringing my total to 443. I thought I was going to be behind for the month, but I am actually right on track!

Hi, add 70 minutes walking for me. It's way TOO HOT to go any further!
