Hi, add 30 mins walking & 70 minutes (or more actually) mowing the lawn & clearing up afterwards.

Once again I am setting my goal at 1000 minutes. Hopefully if my knees don't decide to give me too much trouble I will have no problem making it this month.
Monday night I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and then yesterday I did another 30 minutes elliptical and 30 minutes with my trainer, bringing my total to 100 minutes. The group total is now 1,420 + 100 = 1,520 |
Really didn't want to exercise today, but got up anyway and once I got into it I was ok.

ok, im in, im making a small goal of only 500 for this month, until i know what im capable of for the coming months. anyway, i got 30 in today
