I walk 110 mins daily so that would be 3300 mins a month...I am new at this

Welcome StacyJazmine -- Because it's just about the end of the month, you will only add your minutes for the last couple of days of the month, but I just started the May exercise thread, so you'll want to set your goal for the full month there.

I did 36 minutes on the Gazelle yesterday and walked for 40 minutes today.

120 mins this weekend seriously hard house cleaning, windows, doors, hoovering, polishing, junking stuff,gardening got a good sweat on!! And of course a clean house!

15496 + 120 = 15616 group total

70 min at the gym: a mix of weight lifting, elliptical and a little stretching...

that was a 40 minute walk this morning.

Still have 80 minutes to do today to meet my goal, so not sure how to reach that but might go for a long walk with hubby later or go to the gym tonite, in fact think I'll go for the gym!

Did OK this month, but not as good as some others. I usually set myself a goal of 40 mins every day (Approx. 1200 for the month), then I try to do more on most days so I can have a rest day or two each week.

Personal Goal... 1430/1200 - So 230 ABOVE my goal.

Group Total... 15,786 + 1430 = 17,216

(I hope it was OK that I corrected the above total.)

Through a miscaluculation on my part ended up going over my goal of 800 min by 90 min, go me woo hoo :carrot:

Talk about coming in from behind...I worked my hiney off this weekend. (Hopefully, literally! :D ) I did AT LEAST three hours of seriously heavy yard work - digging, hammering, carrying, wheel-barrowing (uphill) and planting. Giving myself 180 minutes for Sat and Sun and then another modest 20 today! A total of 200 minutes.

Personal Goal 747/800 - almost made it and probably did, I'm just not sure enough of the time to go over 180 on the yard-work.

Group total 15,906 + 200 = 16,106

I finally recovered from my overdoing it on the yard work to get my daily 60 minutes in.

Personal Goal: 1285 + 60 = 1345

Group Total: 16,226 + 60 = 16,286
