I went to the gym the last two nights and did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then 10 doing some leg exercises last night. I meant to do more weights, but then got caught up in a conversation and ran out of time! That brought my total to 290.
Wednesday 30 min on treadmill, 30 min resistance! (Ouch, my arms hurt!)
Thursday 45 min guilt walk after binging on cashews! Good thing the can was small.
I've been kind of sick the past couple of days and FINALLY got back to the gym tonight. 40 rockin minutes on the elliptical.
Interestingly, I wore my heartrate monitor and compared the calories it said I burned compared to the elliptical (many suspect the calorie burned estimates on the machines are high). The results? The elliptical said I burned 489 calories. The heartrate monitor: 304.
After dinner, the belly was full, but the mouth was still in full gear. Took the dog for a walk; 30 min.

Thanks for being there everyone! I got back from walk, and still had the munchies. I got started on this forum, and forgot about it. Soon it is time for healthy snack time. Phew! I did it.
