I'm finally on the board for February.I managed to squeeze in a 50-minute workout today. I hope I can reach my goal of 400 minutes by the end of the month! I think it's possible!
I walked for 15 minutes on Monday but haven't done a thing since then. Eating out of control too. Have to break this cycle.

Tuesday: 15 mins eliptical, 10 mins treadmill, & 40 mins weight training
Wednesday: 15 mins treadmill, & 60 mins volleyball
Thursday: 45 mins weight training
Taking the weekend off, because my muscles are sore, but back to the grind on Monday.
