  • I'm finally on the board for February.I managed to squeeze in a 50-minute workout today. I hope I can reach my goal of 400 minutes by the end of the month! I think it's possible!

    EDIT:
    Group total: 6308+50=6358!
  • 10 min treadmill warming up for 60 min weight training

    group total = 6358 + 70 = 6428 min
  • 6428 + 60 = 6488

    That was an hour at the gym yest - 45 min cardio, 15 min toning
  • Pooped out after 28 minutes this morning!

    Personal goal 430/700

    Group Total 6488 + 28 = 6516
  • 20 minutes from wednesday night and 15 from thursday. lori

  • I’ve just come in from more shoveling, 60 minutes worth.

    Personal Goal – 60 + 375 = 435/600

    Group Total – 60 + 6551 = 6611
  • I walked for 15 minutes on Monday but haven't done a thing since then. Eating out of control too. Have to break this cycle.

    GROUP TOTAL 6,611 + 15 = 6,626
  • 45 min in.

  • Did 3 mile prevention fitness walk, but just couldn't motivate myself to do the weights. Will do that tomorrow.

  • Monday: 30 mins eliptical & 30 mins weight training
    Tuesday: 15 mins eliptical, 10 mins treadmill, & 40 mins weight training
    Wednesday: 15 mins treadmill, & 60 mins volleyball
    Thursday: 45 mins weight training
    Taking the weekend off, because my muscles are sore, but back to the grind on Monday.
    245 + 6731= 6976

    personal goal 100+ 45= 145 out of 300
    thank goodness for shoveling

    Group total 6776 + 40 = 6816
  • Exercise bike last night: 35 minutes

    Group Total: 6816 + 35 = 6851
  • I'm adding 90. 10 core, 20 shovelling and 60 weights. Shovelling is helping my Feb numbers too!

    Group total ~ 6851 + 90 = 6941 min
  • 6941 + 60 = 7001!!

    an hour at the gym, my god it was such hard work and I sweated for England!! But worth it!!
