Ok, I'm not a bit upset I didn't make my minutes goal. Why? Because I originally said 280 minutes, and then increased it part way through the month, (see page 1 of this month's exercise thread) So, all and all, I had a good month regarding exercise.
Sandy Bar, dont be so down on yourself, You made goal. Ok, well 5 min short, but you can do that in the last few hours of the month. Heck make it 20 min and blow your goal out of the water! Celebrate and dance to your favorite song for that time.

Today is the last Day of February so, its time to post my total exercises.
This past week I did 274 minutes + Group total of 12,878 = 13,152 New Group Total.
Great job you guys. I myself and pleased as punch. I set a 750 minute goal for February and I did 1278 minutes. So, three months in a row I passed my exercise goal. Time to up my goal.
Well, I didn't even put in my goal for February. I'm not sure where the month has gone, but I DO know that things have been VERY hectic with the start of the new school year at work. Last year I stuck to mostly 1200 mins for each month, so that I didn't push myself too hard. I was going to do that again for Feb, especially seeing as it was a few days shorter than some months. Well, halfway through I figured that I SHOULD be able to make it to 1500 mins, so that was the goal I ended up setting myself. I didn't get MUCH over, but at least I did get over my goal. I had a few rest days throughout the month, because I just did NOT have the time (and at times the energy) to exercise. Things still evened out overall though.
I have been recording my exercise every day in my diary, so at least I know what I have done over the month. Exercise this month has been a variety of walking (treadmill, laps with the kids and outside on own or with hubby) and Cross Trainer.
Personal Goal... 1580/1500 putting me 80 mins OVER my goal for February.
Group Total... 13,152 + 1580 = 14,732
I hope it was OK that I still entered my minutes, even though it was only the one time.
Last night I did 45 minutes on the elliptical, bringing my February total to 420. I am really looking forward to kicking things totally back into gear for March!
