  • I've wanted to do this in Jan, but discovered it too late I did 800 min last month so I'll stick with that and see how i do.

  • Got in a bit of walking today.

  • 23 minutes this morning on the TM, 22 minutes tonight,

    693 + 10 = 703 group total.
  • I missed my January goal because I let my long hours at work interfere. Things are still busy at work but I think I can do a better job of managing it in February, so I will keep my goal at 600.

    I did 30 minutes WATP this morning.
