Jen - saw your post from last night. I'm sorry you're feeling so stressed by home and school. I hope work goes well for you today - don't be nervous, I'm sure your nurse manager will be helpful and supportive. Sorry to hear about your little man getting bitten by bugs.

ItsMy - I have a quick question for you related to modern day knee surgery recovery. As you know, my last knee surgeries were nearly two decades ago.... My surgeon ordered an iceless compression machine. My insurance covers it, so I agreed and the medical supply company is dropping it off tomorrow afternoon. Do you have any experience with these machines? Obviously, this technology wasn't around for my last experiences (used old fashioned ice packs). My nurse mother says they're really effective. If you are familiar, how annoying was the machine? I hate the idea of being tethered to something...I'm a terrible patient.

Finally back down a little on the scale this morning, so now I'm only up one pound from my weekend picnic food. No big plans for today - will probably spend the day in the pool with DH and the kids. It's supposed to be HOT and humid today.

today went ok, parts of it were so boring. Then we left the floor. Dogdays thanks for starting the new thread.

teacher, have fun.

I'm too tired to do anything but go to sleep once dinner is done. I thought I would stay up a little and do fireworks, but I am too tired.

I am frustrated with my behavior. I go all day on 2 sandwhiches and a yogurt shake. I come home and eat like 1000 calories in junk. Then I still have to eat dinner, puts me right at maintenance, which I am EXCELLENT AT!

Joining in again. I wanted to be out of the 2's by summer but alas not there yet. New goal is to be 196.5 (pre-baby #3 weight) by our vacation August 19th. Nine pounds to go which is about 1.5 a week until then. I think I can. I think I can.

I would like to join in. The last couple months have been terrible for me. Between family issues and a lot of other things I have managed to forget about myself. I'm getting back on track, and hope this weight is gone soon. I want onderland so bad...about 40 pounds away.

Hello everyone! Is it finally the weekend yet? =) Yesterday was so stressful at work but I slogged through it. Today was so much more relaxed which I am thankful for. I seriously don't get paid enough for all that I do. lol

Weight loss news! I have a new low today of 255.2! I am catching up to my BF's weight of 250 lol. I would love to weigh less than him! <3 Also, a NSV, I can now fit into my size 40 Men's shorts that I bought a couple months ago.

Also, why is it so HOT in Illinois. It's been in the 100s for over a week. I guess I will hide out in my little sanctuary called the basement. =) A few hours down here and you'll WANT to go outside haha

I see we have a few new members, Hello Tar and Diva! Welcome to the group =) Also, hello Irena, not sure if I got to properly say hello when you joined us.
