Still holding steady at 176. I should be happy I am maintaining. I am hoping to be 175 by friday.

Keri, wow, you are so close to your mini goal!

I am down another pound today! 182.5! Man, I hate plateaus, but right after, the weight seems to just fall off. I hope this keeps up.

Ugh. I feel stuck! My weight is NOT moving at all!! I'm so frustrated Thinking of upping my calories a bit for the next couple days? I stay right at 1200 and work out (P90x) every night for roughly an hour. You would think I would be seeing some movement!

I am right there with you Mandie Jo!!! I am have been waiting and waiting to see 175. This morning I jump out of bed and I am up a pound to 177??? Crazy part is and this might be TMI I had a BM and weighed after and it said I went up another pound and a half!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I am on my elliptical every single night. Last night I burned 477 calories and 80 carbs and I go up a pound?? This is killing me!!

Ok 488 calories and 85 carbs burned off after a pretty intense workout on the elliptical. I MUST loose the last pound to reach my mini goal. I think it is teasing me!!!

185 this morning! Woot! That is 40lbs gone from my highest weight!! Did P90X Yoga last night, I was sceptical at first but then realized that I think I was sweating MORE during it than any of the other workouts!!

On a side note - I had my first "negative" comment this morning. I sent a text to a family member saying I had hit 40lbs gone (they are dieting too) and the text I got back was about how I really didn't need to lose another 35-40 lbs, that I'm way too thin at that weight and my collar bones stick out too far making me look sick...

Uh - I can't help it I have big collar bones! Geez. I think I'm probably reading too much into it. But it still kinda stung!

Well I guess this is my plateau?? Another morning at 176 Not sure what else to do?? I have been killing myself on the elliptical even increased my workouts. I took one day off last friday. I have cut out sodas, sweets and fast food and that is HUGE change from what I ate a month ago. Come on weight gods I am only asking for one more pound to reach my first goal!!!

Mandie Jo I understand how you are feeling!!! My Mom once told me that you stomach looked thinner. I was soo excited!! Then she followed it up with it is probably because you are wearing black! People just don't understand!

Keri, didn't we talk about upping your calories? Did you try that? Or even calorie cycling? I know you're working out really hard. is it sodium or water weight too? I hope you break that 176, but you're doing unbelievable. Hence, the group you started for 180s and you're totally not in the 80s anymore.. haha.

I'm in 180s FOR REAL! 188 today YAY!

Alisha you are doing GREAT!!! By the time I loose my one pound to reach my goal we will be the same weight!! I do think maybe I need to eat more. I just haven't been hungry and I have no reason why?? I have only been eating twice a day and small meals when I did eat. So I am trying to become a grazer and make healthy choices.

Alisha you got me thinking. I looked up how many calories I should be eating and I think I found my problem!!! I was only eating about 900-1000 calories a day and it says I should be eating 1400-1600 calories a day. So Lets see what this week has in store and maybe that will be 175 pounds!!!

Exactly! 900-1000 cals is probably working against you. Although, sometimes I do eat that little and it mostly works for me (despite all literature), but when I raise my cals, I still have weight loss. try it out and I'm sure you'll be surprised

Operation eat more is in full effect at my house. I am trying to have something small every few hours. So because of this I don't plan on weighing just yet. I hope all you ladies got to cheat a tiny bit this weekend. Good luck to everyone this week coming up!

Not sure this eating more thing is going to help but I did burn 86 carbs and 494 calories on my elliptical tonight!
