Hi, Keri. I'm glad you are back and feeling better. Last August I moved from Houston to Milan, Italy and it was so stressful. I'm not looking forward to having to do it again. But I bet you will lose more weight from moving heavy furniture and boxes!

I'm at 186.6 today. Everyone have a great weekend and stay on plan!

Hey guys,

great losses! and busting through plateaus WTG!
and welcome Angela!

I gained over cinco de mayo, then did a juice fast. Took off the xtra and then some YAY! and now I am .... officially overweight and no longer obese.
that really sounds so crazy, really..

I'm 172 ..

Alisha welcome to being over weight!!! Our numbers are soo close! I have only been losing about 5 pounds a month so you will be smoking me in no time!!!!

Yeah, I don't think I'll be smoking you, I feel like I'm struggling lately. I'm hoping for a solid 5 lbs a month now, I just hope I can keep up with you

I can't believe our 'normal bmi' weight is so close, yet so far away.. haha!

WOAH, holy TOM batman. LOL. But, I'm only "up" to 188 even, and I'm on the downswing of my time.. so, hopefully the water will come off in the next few days. I'd really like to see 185 by the end of this week. My 2nd 1/2's of the 'decades' always go faster than the top 1/2's... And I always seem to be in TOM in the top 1/2. Weirdo body.

Kate, I bet you will be 185 as soon as your TOM is over because you were 186 before the water weight started.

I hope to meet my mini goal of 183 soon. I made my husband buy me a prize for that because I like prizes. I also bought myself an arm band for my iphone because I deserve another prize since I didn't go off plan on Mother's Day or eat a muffin during Muffins with Mom at my daughter's school today.

I'm same as yesterday, but I feel less bloaty... I was also up way too late last night. Boo. Lol. I do feel much better, though... good enough to run again tonight! Week 5 Day 3 of C25K here I come!

I have some big news I screamed last night!! I saw 169.5 on the scale late last night I am over the moon. one small issue is that everyone in my house has Strep throat but bring it on if I get into the 160's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As for me, still riding the longest-ever-tom train.. I did feel good enough last night to do W5D3 of C25K, and I totally ran 9 mins straight. I've gotten to the point that the running isnt the problem, as I can pass the "talk test" or whatever they call it, its my ADHD! I'm like 'running... la la.. running... oh! i need to go do... running... OMG! Golden Girls is on!! running...' I'm so distracted. LOL. It's in my head, and its all mental, but I was SO proud of myself last night. SO PROUD. I'm so awesome, ...

I'm hoping once TOM does decide to leave ( that it happens today!) that I'll have a woosh. Hopefully a woosh to 185, LOL.

I made it to my mini goal of 10%. I'm at 183.4 today!
Now let's see how long it takes to get to my next mini goal of 15% which is 173.

WI this morning was back down to my 186ness, so hopefully 185 is just around the corner. Gotta keep going!

Kate, I bet you will be 184 or 185 after your TOM wraps up.

I wish I was better at cooking fish (more flavorful) because I noticed last week that everytime I ate fish, I would lose about a whole pound that day. My Italian friend took me shopping at the local fishmonger and introduced me to Orata (Sea Bream). I've never had it before because it is a mediterranean fish, but is was pretty delicious.

I am at exactly 183.0 today.
