having a hard time concentrating on what I am eating, as we are going through a very difficult time with our business...
lazylioness: Just wondering on the weight loss total for this week. Last week it was 70 and this week only 32...not that it isn't impressive but just wondering if that included everyone from last weeks weigh in? Thanks for keeping us up to date and on track.
@LazyLioness - just a suggestion to put the list on a google spreadsheet and make it public (to anyone that has the link)... then people participating could just go out there and see where everyone it and make sure their own stats were recorded? Just a thought...
I'm returning to the boards after an absence. I really need the weekly weigh ins (and the daily exercise minutes -- anyone still doing that?) for accountability.
My start weight for this (past) week: 169.5. I'll start, officially, at next weigh in.
I went to the gym yesterday for the first time in a LONG time. I am hoping this will help my body realize this is me being serious this time about getting healthier and dropping some of this unnecessary weight.
