Not happy with the 0 but glad it wasn't a gain. Gotta push harder this week on the exercise side of things. And last week I ate whatever I wanted. Starting today it's back to no cheating whatsoever.
I'm finally feeling better after being sick for over a week! Hopefully I'll be able to keep off the weight I lost this past week. Things always get screwy after being sick.
First gain of the challenge, and I can't say I didn't see it coming. Had four meals this weekend where I overindulged. In previous weeks, I was pleasantly surprised that I could have a couple weekend meals of questionable eating and still post a lost. Looks like 4 meals off doesn't work so well. Now I know what my limits are, and that feels almost as good as a loss.

I bought the zumba party for the 360 (with kinect)and used it for the 1st time yesterday. It was great. I was definetly sweaty by the end of the 30 min.
