no loss is still no gain. I skipped out on most of my gym time this week and it shows. Back to the grind this am. ;-)

proud of myself for not taking the first number that came up on the scale. 218 was too far down since I stepped on yesterday. moved the scale and sure enough 222 is back. may be time for new batteries. ;-)

I'm not surprised at all. I went totally crazy last week, eating anything and everything in sight. To be honest, I can't believe my number isn't higher today. Ugh.

Today is the day I get back to work and back on plan. Which means I think I am going to call fiance and ask him if he would mind if I cancel our dinner reservations for tonight. Bummer!

I haven't even posted in forever - in large part because my weight keeps going up. Poor eating, lack of exercise... I must admit, I even took a pregnancy test. No luck on that front, either.

Like others of you, I must get back on track, and remember why I am doing this.

I think I was 214 when I first joint 3FC in January, and now I am 221 (which was 219 yesterday, ack!)
