I would like to join too, if that's alright! I've fallen completely off the wagon and I'm working on getting back on track as well. I think this will help. I'm actually starting a weight loss competition with some friends on Sunday, so this is perfect...I'll be working with them and with you gals too! And it runs about the same amount of time.
I'm going to work on my goals and what I'm wanting to accomplish for the 12 weeks here in just a little bit, so I'll post that soon. What is everyone else looking to get done?
