Birthday week. Was doing so good, but kind friends had a cake made and dinner for me. Hard to say no to a 'gift'. Didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Busted butt to make sure I didn't gain. I'm not happy with a 0, but I'll take it over a gain any day.
