mortonpixie You're knocking at the gates!

167.8 YAY It's no longer 168s. Water and a bike ride I think gave it a push. Need to do the same today.

kurisitaru Keep drinking that water! Do you ride a stationery bike, or out in the wide world? I just bought a bike last year, LOVE riding!!

Welp - 161.2 today...I'm sure encouraged!

Out about in the world. Stationary would be boring. My motivation comes from exploring and then when I get tired I have to force myself to go ALL the way back. Not just "oh, I'm done!"

I was at 160.7 this morning. I've been stuck in the lower 160s for the last month or so, and I'm ready to get out of here!

Hi everyone,
After a 10 month break, I'm back on 3FC. I had just started and lost 13 lbs when I got pregnant last September, and now at 6 weeks post partum, I'm officially ready to start exercising again!

I also have just gotten down to 169.8 in the past few days, now that I've seen that number a few times on the scale, I'm officially in the 160's- by the skin of my teeth, lol!

I have 10-14 lbs to go (I'm not really sure what my starting weight was- 14 lbs by my scale, 10 lbs by the doctor's scale) to lose the baby weight, then I get to start on the rest of the weight.

Ironically, my starting weight one year ago was 168, kinda funny that that's where I am (pretty much) when I'm re-starting now.

Of course, girl! Congrats!

I'm at 162! Even with a catastrophic "off-the-wagon" moment on Friday, so hopefully I can carry this momentum straight out of the 160s forever!

Congrats Thusandsunny- you're almost there!

I started a modified version of the 17 day diet yesterday- down 1 more pound! It's always exciting to see a 'new' number on the scale.
I'm going to a step class tonight for the first time since I was 28 weeks pregnant- can't wait!

07/28: 169.8
08/07: 168.0
08/12: 167.8
08/13: 166.8
