    I had regained some of my weight back (lowest in awhile was 163, then went back to 175 and have been trying to lose it again).

    Hoping that the number keeps getting lower for the rest of 2012!
  • 165, the big drop is because I think that I was still TOM bloated when I weighed in last.
  • OMG! I can't believe I'm back here. I left for a while, once all the way down to the 140's (well 149 specifically, but still 140's!) and now I'm back. *face palm* I ate my face off for a year!
  • @Aileen I pretty much did the same thing as you :P I use to weigh 159 now I'm up to 166. I'm hoping to get back down to 159 before Christmas!
  • Last year at this time I weight 130...now Im at 164....Ive been struggling with the 160s for a few months now. last week I was down to 162 but Im back up this week. I want to get into the 150s by December. Its not too far.....im cutting out the oatmeal. I ate a lot of it last week and I think it bloated me. Back to the basics...meat, dairy and veggies only.
  • Also 160's here. I've been bouncing around 168-170 ... forever. Probably 9-10 months. It's time to get motivated and see those numbers roll again!

  • This is my first visit to the 160's in a fairly young diet. Aiming for 162 by the end of the month but worried about a long Christmas visit to my parents'. They can eat and I tend to follow along. Yikes!

    FluffyPuppy, holidays are hard, my family has a lot of tradition built around large amounts of food, sitting out all day. Talk about a graze-fest! My sister and I try to bring a fruit or veggie tray to give us all something to nibble, it helps.
    I've been steady, weight wise, the past couple of weeks. I need to refocus to get back into loss mode. Steady is better than a gain, but I'd rather be losing.

    150's here we come!

    I am a newbie to this forum. I weigh 165 and am working to lose a pound a week. Doing it the Volumetrics way and hope to soon get into the Becks Diet Solution frame of things too. Will post my weekly progress here.
