skinny - way to go, getting back on the scale. I have avoided the scale for months at a time, lol. It really keeps me in check to weigh once a week or once every two weeks.

i don't know about this whole thanksgiving challenge thing. i don't even know what my goal is, i think it's 145 pounds or something. i don't know if I am going to make it, because I just started exercising a lot again and my body is getting used to it. After the first 5 days that I worked out, I weighed myself and the scale said 155 (up 5 pounds.. uh), but now I am settled back at 150, so who knows what is going on? I am just happy that I am staying OP with my eating and I am exercising consistantly.

Hey Megan, I concur with you. I'm going to try my darndest to hit my t-giv. goal, but I am happy that I'm back at the gym, and am making better food choices. I mean what's the point of hitting the gym if I'm going to come home and eat everything in site. That is something I do, I think Hey, I just worked my butt off I can go ahead and have this ________. (enter something bad & high calorie)

So it is a daily battle! Let's try and do our best...that's all we can do.

So, I did make my T-day goal, then quickly floated upwards - how about everyone else?
