Well, September has a big 7 days left and the goals are firmly in hand,

1) To weigh 184 by September 30 - done, weighed 182 at weigh in on Monday
2) To drink at least 3 litres of water a day, still doing great although due to flu didn't manage this last week, otherwise right on goal
3) Ick, exercise 5 days a week all month. I geared up for this one last month, started mid august and have been doing 5-6 workouts a week. - once again did this great so far minus last week
4) Stay OP for all 30 days. - same as above, but back on track now
5) Continue to work on the mental part of this whole thing, uncovering the reasons I'm heavy in the first place and why I never will be again. This one is tough to measure but I'll do my best. - been doing a lot of journaling, thinking and have uncovered many of the reasons why I eat and getting better at labeling emotions instead of eating them away.

checking in...

I am sticking with my eating and exercise goals, and I am thrilled!

I hope to break 170 before October, then I will have met all of my goals!

sunseeker - did any of our suggestions for reminding yourself to take your vitamins work?

Yup! I moved the vitamins to the bathroom right next to my toothbrush, so in the morning I've got them. But just in case I forget I stashed a little plastic bag full in my truck and backpack. The calc. suppliments are a different story though, they taste fine going down but later leave a metalic taste in my mouth that lasts forever, even after I brush my teeth, so need a little help with that one still. Thanks for the suggestions I really appreciate them!

Default September recap..

In September, I vow to:

1) Work out with weights 3 x's per week, and get cardio exercise a minimum of 5 x's per week (preferably 6-7 times)
*accomplished*

2) Get to 206 (or below!!!) by the end of the month--which would mean an average loss of 2 lbs. per week (I've been averaging around 3 lbs. per wk. so far).
*accomplished, and surpassed* Am currently at 203

3) Continue to make wise food choices (fruits/vegs over empty stuff like chips, etc).
*have done decently well at this, I feel I have a balance*

4) Keep drinking lots of water--I think I'm getting at least 70-80 oz. a day right now.
*still doing this!*

5) Maintain my high level of determination & motivation!!!
*still there! still want this more than ever!*

Sept. was a great month--here's to an even better October! I'm looking forward to setting some new goals.
Let's keep at it, ladies!

1. Exercise 5 times a week. - 100% Woo hoo!! I finally got it this month.

2. Make smart eating choices - 80% I'm not on any sort of plan so I can basically eat what I want. However, I know when to say no and when to let myself have something that's not necessarily good for me. I did pretty good most of the month.

3. Drink more water. Try for 64 ounces a day but if not that then as much as I can. - 75% I do good at this on the week days but weekends I don't do so well.

4. Stay away from the icecream!!! - 100% Didn't have one ounce of ice cream this month!!!

5. Get to 159.4 by the end of the month - 163.6 not to what I had wanted but at least I'm going down on the scale

6. Don't give up and continue to stay motivated. - 100% I have to say this has been one of the months where I have been really motivated. I have finally started to get into exercising and am saying no to more foods that I don't need. I'm paying attention to what my body is telling me. I am upbeat and ready for the last 18.6 lbs. to be gone with the wind

On to October goals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
