Well, so far, over the past 2 1/2 months that I've been intensely working out and dieting, I've lost 20 pounds each month. I hope to continue that trend and hopefully by the time school starts on Sept. 30th, I'll be around 210. That would be awesome

Post Goal Update Day 3

So far so good, got three days of exercise under my belt and 3 OP days as well. Water drinking is firmly in hand, with all this working out no wonder!

September seems easier now that the summer is fading, hope everyone is doing great!

OK... so far not so good... but I only have 2 days of September actually gone.. it was 55 degrees when I woke up to run this morning and chickened out because the bed was so warm, with the husband gone for the week it's easier to run at night, but it's also nice to have the house to myself!! :-) So I have to run tonight, I have no choice... I will use Mon & Tuesday as my days off and try to hit it hard tonight and the rest of the week!!

I know I am little late on the sept goals, but I thought I would go ahead and jump in.

Goal Number one: Drink 64oz of water daily.

Goal Number two: take the stairs. I only go up 4 flights I can do that!

Goal number three: Walk around the track nightly. (That is also my 21 day challenge)

Ok, new goals....

1. Cardio 5 times a week.
2. Pilates on Monday/Wednesday/Friday
3. Drink at least 64 oz of water daily
4. Blog/post on message board daily (Accountabliity!)
5. Stop focusing on the negative, concentrate on the positive

and the ultimate goal that I'm working on is to be in onederland by September 30th. I was 213 morning so that would be a loss of 14 pounds which will be incredibly hard, but I'm working for it! Just to be at 213 is exciting...I haven't been this thin since I was junior in high school!

Go Athena I actually weigh 10 pounds less now than I did when I was in junior high (in 8th grade). Pretty cool feeling ain't it?

LesnarsTXF5Diva I can't believe it ...Brock Lesnar... I met him once in college, he knew my then boyfriend and he was so yucky!!! I don't know how else to classify it...he hit on everyone...and considering I was only about 130lbs with a chest (36D) he hit on me as soon as my boyfriend left... I am not knocking you at all, I just laughed when I saw your quote...I never thought I would see someone quoting Brock!!

Default Update after week one....

I just realized that I'd set my goal for Sept. to lose 8 lbs. Well, after today's weigh-in I'm halfway there! In the subsequent 3 weeks that are left, I still am going to be trying to lose about 2 lbs/week. It'd be a bonus to surpass my Sept. goal for weight loss. I have some size 16 pants just waiting for me to fit them...another 5-10 pounds and I'm there!

So far into September, so good!

SEPTEMBER GOALS
[FONT=courier new][COLOR=purple]My goals for the month are very simple and basic - yet they always prove to be much harder to do
1) Get 5 GOOD workouts in during the week!
2) Keep up my food journal and be HONEST with myself in the writing!
3) Eat heathy whole food meals and snacks, chocolate only every other day (I am a chocolate addict!!!).
4) Be 175lbs by Oct. 1st.

Well that's it!!

Hi all! I am new to 3FC, but I'm liking it a lot already!

My September goals:

1. Break into the 160s (CW is 178).
2. Cardio at least 4 x per week.
3. Strength training at least 2 x per week.
4. Stay away from "bad carbs" as much as possible.
5. Eat as many veggies as I can possibly take!

Good luck to everyone! I know we can do it!
