I haven't been exercising at all, just calorie counting but it's been working. I'm going to start going to the gym again though. I am so scared of having excess skin but I'm hoping toning is going to help eliminate it. As far as the scale goes, no movement but it's better than movement in the wrong direction.
Yes! was 203 on Wednesday, and the scale is going in the right direction... I know it's silly but I feel like if I share my loss numbers or tell anyone that I'll jinx the momentum... hope to be out of the 200's next week though!
I'm STILL here. It has been theatre festival season for the students (they did so well!), so I've not really kept up with my weight loss like I should. Lots of late evenings here at the school have not been very good for what healthy eating habits I've formed. I slowly lost some, but I'm nowhere near where I thought I would be come this time this year. Ready to see that Onederland, though!

Yay! Congrats! It seems like the last few pounds to get out of a certian weight "group" are the hardest and take the longest. I'm 201.2 as of this morning and have danced around between 203 and 201 for the past couple of weeks. Soooo ready to see 199!
I'm doing Weight Watchers at home. It's working so far and an easy plan to follow.

Hope you don't mind I jump in, I'm just getting started here at 3fc . I started dieting last Monday and haven't been on the scale yet, but last Monday I weighed in at 207 so figers crossed I have lost something since then! Although I didn't do so well over the weekend my family had Thanksmas and with all the wonderful food in Saturday I know I did horribly ... But wish me luck looking forward to be in onederland )
Ahh, saw a little drop on the scale this morning. Thank goodness! I'm going to Zumba tonight, however, so I know I'll see another tip back up tomorrow morning. Darn you water weight!
I'm not doing any plan in particular. I count daily calories occassionally to keep myself focused, but I mostly do intuitive eating and follow a set of livable guidelines that I've made for myself. The progress is not nearly as quick as when I counted calories, but I have proven to myself that I am just not one of those people that can stick with that. I monitor my weight with every day weigh-ins, which is kinda the only thing that keeps you accountable with intuitive eating.

I just realized I put in that I weighed in at 207 last Monday and forgot to add .8 at the end of it, so I lost almost 3 lbs since last Monday! I can't believe that just those three pounds made me feel different! So excited about this )
