I'm officially 209 as of today. I'm happy but I know I'll be ecstatic once I'm in the 100s. The 100s for me are like looking out the window as a kid and seeing all the fun things going on outside but not being able to partake because I'm grounded. Lol it sounds ridiculous but it really feels like something so close but so far away.

I've started a new approach which is to lose at least 1 pound a week. If I lose more, great but I know that in the past I've tried the "lose as much as possible as quick as possible" method and I always end up gaining it back. So by next week, I'd like to be 208. Anything less is a bonus.

Yes @1spunkygal. It also keeps me from obsessing over my weight. It was so hard to stop myself from getting on the scale everyday. Sometimes I'd even get on it twice or more a day. I'm trying to keep the weight a surprise each week even though it's so tempting.

Finally saw 209 on the scale this morning! I danced around different decimals of 211 and 210 for a couple of weeks so it was a happy morning for sure! Doing Weight Watchers at home and sat my "weigh in" for Mondays to keep me accountable over the weekend.

Goal is to do like you ladies, no scale all week.

I have returned! I was hoping to get out of the 200s this month, but alas, only a 2lb loss FOR THE WHOLE MONTH. It's my own fault though, a mini binge fest one weekend derailed my entire month. I vow that November will be the month though!!

As for myself, I've been at 208 lbs for about 2 weeks now and it's very frustrating. I should be happy that I haven't gained but it sure is frustrating. Hopefully I'll be down to 206 by the end of next week.

I've been lurking this thread lol

I'm very excited to say, after 6.5 weeks of eating better and working out, that I'm down from 226.4 to 208.8! I am SO SO SO excited to get out of the 200's that I can't even see straight haha

I am really hoping I can get down to 199 by december 1st, but, we will see My goal is 180 by Christmas!!

Let's do this, ladies!

Congrats onic, almost 20 pounds in 6.5 weeks is awesome!!!

I'm also hoping to be out of here by Dec. 1st as well. Let's do this. I've got about 6lbs to go.

203 lbs today! I'm noticing my weight loss more now, especially in my face. I am so close and kinda scared that I can't do it but to **** with fear!

This is my second stint with weight watchers. Fell off the wagon at 206 last time. As of this morning, 203.8! I'm so close to onderland and I refuse to fall off this go around. Haven't seen one-something since I was 198 as a senior in high school... 10 long years ago. Gotta keep pushing!!!
