My weight is starting to come down again, but I'm 2 lbs off my mini goal in two days, so I don't think I'll hit it.
I've started structuring my meals again, last night I planned my entire day's eating. However, I traded part of tonight's supper for a massive sugar free nonfat hazelnut latte this morning. I'm proud of myself for not just deciding to eat both, also I found that switching my side at supper for this coffee lowered my overall fat intake

for the day.
