Official weigh in weight for the week was 202.6. Next week could be the first official weigh in under 200 in 10 years.

The last time was able to get into the 190's was fall 2002, but I was back over 200 again by summer 2003.

wooh Hi ladies! I havent been around in a while. I have been very busy with school and work and my dad just got married! Busy times. I definetly over ate this weekend through the wedding festivities.

I weighed in yesterday at 212.6 or 212.8 cant quite remember. But here I am back and focused.

I'm currently at 203 and I haven't been this low in 4 years. I should be on track for onederland in a couple of weeks and I'm soooo excited! This hasn't happened since April 2007 so it's been a while.

I had a few beers last night so I won't be weighing in for a couple of days to let that beer weight stabilize but I'm so close.

I'm close to my weigh in day. I'm so nervous. I have never in my life met a weight loss goal. I'm 3 lbs away from my first goal and only 9 away from my second. The gym has been motivational - as has this website.

I've been sitting at 200.5 for the past week or so and it's driving me crazy! First it was TOM bringing my weight up and now I had beers this weekend so I won't go down to my actual weight for a few days. I can't wait to see a "1" at the beginning of my scale reading. It's been so long and I'm so close!

I hit 200.0 this morning. Ugh! I know I kindof sabatoged myself this week though. I don't know why I do that close to a goal. Anyway, for my cheat meal I had 2 jack in the box tacos and a small curly fries. I feel so sick already and guilty. I am going to hit the gym on my off day. I know it's a cheat, but I still feel YUCK! So, 1 lb and I'll be in ONEDERLAND! Yay!

This week it's strict week. Hard excercise. Clean eating. No excuses!!!!!
