Hi everyone! My lowest recent weight was 207, but I've spent 2 months vacationing (on a cruise and in places with free buffets and unlimited drinks). I'm glad to say I've only gained 6 lbs because I tried to stay as physically active as possible. Now it's back to the real world, and my plan is to drop from 213 to 199 by Nov.1!

I just dropped back down into the 210's again this past week. I've been regaining and relosing for the past two years, but I simply cannot stand not seeing that stupid 1 on my scale again. I've probably not seen it since I was a sophomore in high school. Soooo, I'm so happy to see this thread. I don't think anyone understands how important that 1 is unless you've been fighting for it for a while. I'm so excited to see so many so close!! I can't wait to be in your shoes.

209.2 today. Which is a bit of a surprise after the pizza and alcohol I had last night. I guess all that dancing I was doing while drinking it actually helped Still, I would like to see a little more movement by my "real" weigh-in on Monday.

Song of Surly:We aren't that far off from the "1" on the scale. We can do this together! (Also, I totally know what you mean. I'm craving, being out of the stupid 200's!)

Okay, so kinda crazy. I've not really lost that many pounds since August (ten to be exact), but I've lost a TON of inches. Two inches from my waist, like four from my hips and three from my bust.

Still at around the same weight yesterday, though. I ate so awful this weekend that I'm surprised I didn't go up in water weight. I struggle so much with the weekends. :S

shani lee I know what you mean by craving it. Sometimes I wish I could crave it as much as I do ice cream, though.

While I am not at that weight you ladies are; I can't wait to get there. I would say if you are having a hard time at the weight you are and keep gaining;A pound or so, I would recommend you workout longer then you use too or cut back on what you are eating. I found that this works for me.
