I think I'm in as well. I'm going to add my name to the spreadsheet, but I don't have a weigh-in planned until Wednesday (the 4th). Is it okay if I wait to put my start weight until then?

Hey everyone! Are you looking forward to starting this challenge as much as I am? I'm looking forward to seeing all your Week 1 results!

Can I just note, please if you're going to make some big changes to the spreadsheet can you run it by me first. I spent a lot of time on this spreadsheet being the noob that I am, so it's like my baby! I'm not mad at the changes made, but it would have been nice if the person could have come to me first. But as I sad, I'm not mad, I'm happy with what they've done but in future it would be nice if it can be a joint decision. Thanks!

Challenge starts TOMORROW! Remember you can weigh in during the week whenever you like, the last day being Sunday. Good luck, I'll be trying to post weekly stats so do your best, this IS a challenge after all ;p

Hi! I believe we are supposed to weigh-in every week and you just post your weight on the spreadsheet at the beginning of each week. Good luck.

I always weigh myself first thing in the morning before I eat anything! As for the challenge, you can weigh in any day of the week since I know people have different weigh in days. The spreadsheet gives people the freedom to access it when they want in the week. If you don't weigh in for more than 2 weeks, then I will move your data to the stand by sheet, your info is all there you just need to say hello in the forum to get back in the challenge.

Hey everyone! Just another update from crazy ol' me. There's a great exercise website called Fitocracy, you log your workouts and receive points for everything you do. When you get more points, you level up! It's like a friendly competitive website, and it's quite addictive.

Hey all

I just weighed in and I gained 1lb. Not too bad considering the rubbish food I have been eating.

I also adjusted my target - I am now aiming to lose 25lbs. I went to the gym all of last week and have managed to injure my knee and my hip, my OH thinks I may be trying to run before I can walk - literally! as I went to the gym for over an hour every day last week and walked there and back. I have had issues before with setting goals that are unachievable and then being really hard on myself when I fail. I am hoping a 25lb loss will be alot more realistic and I am stepping down my gym time atleast until my knee and hip are feeling more up to it.

Having said that I have signed up for my first spinning class for tomorrow and am very excited :-)

Got in a good workout (8k walk & pilates class) and stayed on plan with my eating today to get this week started off right! I'm really hoping to lose most of the holiday weight I gained by Sunday.

Yesterday and today have been so awesome! My house is purged of all cookies and treats and today my bf and I went healthy grocery shopping. It sure is great to have him diet with me however, he is 6 foot 6 so he can eat a ton more than I can.

I weighed in at 186 so I'm happy. My boyfriend broke up with me a week ago though so I need to find a new major source of motivation. :( at least I'll look hot and he'll probably gain weight without me bringing him to the gym with me. Hah.

Use the break up as motivation! Just think about how much you can shock him if you lose all the weight you want!
