Tankini, Bikini, 1 piece. Quite frankly to feel geniunely goodin any woudl be great! I'm betting that even not all the way to a swimsuit weight would still feel sooooo good. Even just wearing a smaller size and feeling like you can get out of the baggy sweaters and oversize cloths would be great :).
I agree that Riestrella is doing an awesome job, and having a longterm kinda challenge like this is exciting! With months to go everyone has the opportunity to lose a substantial amount for them. Whether its 10 or 50 lbs. This is a great challenge and fun! |
Hey guys, I'm not sure what the h3ll has happened but the spreadsheet has been completely ruined. Someone has completely messed up everything - all the data has been lost. I'm actually speechless as to how this happened...the link I share makes it so anyone can access it and I trusted everything would be ok but obviously not.

I just noticed that. :( I'm sure we could all remember our weights from the last weigh in? Maybe have everyone use that as their starting and re-register? Did you let the mods know? I'm pretty sure we all can agree on who is suspect. That kind of negativity has no place on 3FC. Stupid trolls.

Due to the brilliance of mandalinn I was able to restore a previous version of the spreadsheet so PANIC OVER! Data restored!! Phew!

I have had a really bad week unfortunately. My old eating habits crept back up on me and I had a difficult time getting to the gym. On Monday I had a really bad headache, Tuesday had an awesome work out but over did it and gave myself a migraine, Wednesday was another headache and then Thursday and today stayed late at work to cover for a colleague and didn't end up going.
I am not looking forward to my weight in tomorrow morning since I am pretty sure it will show a gain. I need to make sure I work towards setting myself up for success this week and that starts with finding a healthy breakfast that is packed with protein, cooking something healthy and delicious for lunch eat day, taking healthy snacks with me to work and making healthy dinner choices. I really want to reach this goal! |

Oh my gosh!! I'm so glad you were able to restore the data!! I would have been freaking out if I had noticed!
I had gotten down to 161.8 at one point last week.. but then I had beer.. ugh. So now I've been stuck around 163. :/ I was so looking forward to getting out of the 160s and to a healthy bmi. Now I might have to wait an extra week unless I woosh down before my Tuesday weigh in. |
I saw that it was gone! I was on my phone though so I was like, maybe googledocs is weird on my phone? I'm super glad it's back though.

hey girls, I've lost no weight this week.
I seriously hope my plateau (i didn't loseany weight in two months) happened due to my weight lifting. I can actually see that I've gained muscle on my belly, legs, back and arms! Now that I've started with my preparatios for my 10k, I really hope I0ll start losig weight :) |

Hey everyone! Bit of an announcement to make here!
Recently there was a bit of drama in the thread, which has now been cleaned up by our helpful moderator to keep the peace. Due to the fact the spreadsheet is accessed by everyone via a public URL it can be accessed by anyone who has the link. So as a result of the shenanigans, our spreadsheet had been sabotaged a few times by the drama llama shall we call them. Luckily I was pointed towards instructions on how I can restore old versions of the spreadsheet so I was able to save all your data. This morning I discovered there were some hateful things said about me in the spreadsheet and was able to get a screen shot and send it to the mods. The drama llama was escorted out of the building, but because they could potentially still have the URL to the spreadsheet it was still at a risk of being tampered with. As a result of this I have decided to play it safe and move all the data to a brand new shiny URL. For extra security the spreadsheet URL will only be available by PM only. So PM me for the new URL and I'll be happy to send it to you. Unfortunately because of these recent events I'm going to have to temporarily suspend new members to 3FC from joining the challenge. This is to be extra sure that drama llama doesn't return with a giraffe mask on and stamp on our lovely spreadsheet once more! If new members to 3FC are really dedicated to joining this, then by all means hop into the thread until the dust has settled and then I will invite you to the spreadsheet when I feel the coast is clear! If new members already joined the challenge but do not have the ability to PM me, then post in the thread and I will forward your username to a moderator with super powahs who will PM the link to you for me. I weighed myself today after my workout & Ive lost 4lbs! Im going to wait until Tuesday to update the spreadsheet, but that news definitely put a smile on my face :) Also, I started couch25k today! Im excited to finally be able to consider myself "a runner." It was hard for me to get out of bed this morning & make it to the gym b/c now my mood is through the roof! Wow some people have real issues apparently I think if you feel so vindictive about an online challenge with no real prize you need to re-evaluate your priorities. For someone to take the time to leave hateful comments and destroy a spreadsheet is really petty.

Uggh. Today just sucked. I have this weakness for bread. And for some reason I decided to by this lovely artisan loaf. . . and I've been eating it with olive oil and basalmic all day long. Ifeel really sick to my stomach now. I don't know what got into me! Good thing I weighed in this morning. And lucky I went to the gym this morning so HOPEFULLY that counteracts some of it and I just maintain this weight. Uggh. I'm so bloated. =(

Jelbb: I hope you DO give Zumba a try. I'd say to wear sneakers & a sports bra and bring water ;) We have older plus-size women in our belly dance class and they move more comfortably than us younger ones! You don't HAVE to bare your belly either- it helps to see if you're moving correctly, but you can wear a tank top or fitted shirt. You should get a coin scarf though- those are fun :)
Riestrella: I also wanted to say THANK YOU for all you're doing on this challenge and I'm sorry for those who try to mess up your hard work. Its a great thing you've done here.. bringing together women with a common goal, so we can encourage each other through it.. also making it fun and adding the accountability, so we'll stick with it.
