Hello ladies,
I haven't been on this site/forum in about 2 - 3 years! Well, I've managed to add a few unwanted pounds over the years & as I moved from state to state. As a current graduate student, I'm still juggling my time management skills and trying to get rid of all the weight I've managed to accumulate. My moment of shock came recently... a few weeks ago at the doctors office. I suddenly became aware of my weight gain & realized that I am now the heaviest that I've ever been in my entire life.
I want to lose about 40 lbs.... 50 lbs would be even better. I need realistic goals, but I am tired of feeling so tired. In the past 2 weeks, I've been watching what I eat a bit more... making healthier choices & trying to add in more daily exercise. I'm down 2 lbs, which doesn't sound like much, but makes me feel a little better.... (:
So... 2 lbs down & I say my 1st small goal is to lose 10 - 15 lbs by July 4th...
