162.8 yesterday. I know it was on my boyfriend's scale instead of my own, and the accidental cheat (I accidentally ordered a stir fry with a sauce too sweet to be diet-approved) the night before probably made me gain water weight...but still. I can't help but be disappointed.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I'm so frustrated! I'm completely stalled. 161.0 as of Friday.

I need to cut back on sweetener, since I'm sure that's what stalled me, but....AAAAAAAAAAAH! I've been around this weight for, what? 3 or four weeks now?

Default It's been awhile....

Hello ladies,

I haven't been on this site/forum in about 2 - 3 years! Well, I've managed to add a few unwanted pounds over the years & as I moved from state to state. As a current graduate student, I'm still juggling my time management skills and trying to get rid of all the weight I've managed to accumulate. My moment of shock came recently... a few weeks ago at the doctors office. I suddenly became aware of my weight gain & realized that I am now the heaviest that I've ever been in my entire life.

I want to lose about 40 lbs.... 50 lbs would be even better. I need realistic goals, but I am tired of feeling so tired. In the past 2 weeks, I've been watching what I eat a bit more... making healthier choices & trying to add in more daily exercise. I'm down 2 lbs, which doesn't sound like much, but makes me feel a little better.... (:

So... 2 lbs down & I say my 1st small goal is to lose 10 - 15 lbs by July 4th...

I think that I'm going to sign on board to this, be a little bit more accountable.

My current weight is 158 pounds. By July 4th, I want to be a nice 155 pounds. I can do it!!!! lol

ok im changing my goal again i would like to be 163 by july 4th so thats 9 pounds it about a month i'm fixing to go back on my protien shakes and start killing myself in the gym lol! i was stuck at 176 for like 2 months so i'll just be etatic to be out of the 170's all together if i never see a 170 number ever again in my life it will be to soon lol
