I would like to break through the 130s and be in the 120s by july 4th. I've been in the 130s for years now and i'm getting so sick of it!! I've been doing some sort of exercise- cardio, lifting, yoga...- for at least 5 days a week and eating well but so far i see no weight loss. My body's indeed getting toner but i wanna see that darn number go down too!!! lol Sorry, i'm really frustrated right now.
As of this morning, 162.2. I was hoping for a solid two pounds, but a pound and a half is still pretty good. I'm gonna weigh tomorrow and Sunday (which I've moved my cheat day to for Mother's Day) and see if I've lost more.

161.2. Getting closer and closer to my July 4 goal of 150! Plus, since it's almost a three pound loss this week, hopefully I'll really make it. Only 11 pounds to go.
Plus, I've started my toning exercises and am starting to notice a difference, especially in my arms.

i havent been on here in forever and i feel like a kid caught with my fingers in the cand jar lol i will be changeing my july 4th goal becuase my body is uncooperative lol but its ok instead of the 140s by july 4th im going with the 150's anywhere in the 150's will make me happy i feel like its taking me a lifetime to get out of the 170's but who knows the 160's could fly by. we'll see!
i think when i started this thread 4/15ish i was 179
5/14 175 (the 170's are painful lol)
im going to check back at the end of may and see where that leaves me
