Totally in.... Weight has been up due to binging so working on stress levels and better coping...

Bring weight down to 148-152
Practice mindful eating

By God ladies we will reach our golas lol serioulsy though good luck to everybody and i know we can do this i will be a size 5 again if it kills me! i'm sure they'll fine my body laying on the floor with jillian in the dvd pl;ayer hahahahahahahaahaha lol i dont mean to be so morbid just trying to get a little motivation lol

Im with you jackiedavis87!!! I am going to do this if its the last thing I ever do! I know I should be with the older crowd, but what the heck, I'll stay if nobody minds, LOL. The results I am seeing the last few days are motivating me along with a couple of threads that I watch are just what I need.

Count me in too, ladies! July 5th is my birthday, so this will have extra meaning to me!

Starting at 243 and would like to lose 30 pounds by July 4th. 213 here I come! I have also challenged myself to no alcoholic drinks until I lose 50 pounds. Since I'm only 30 pounds away, it would be nice to have a birthday drink too!

Count me in! I am currently sitting at 137 and I desperately need to be at 120 by my birthday in July. I will be 25 and that is a big celebration so I wantto look fab. Plus today I finally decided to suck it up and try on a bikini I own in size small that just last summer fit me. Well 20 extra pounds wasn't pretty I can tell you. My stomach has not been this jiggly in a long time! No more denial I have gained a lot and I better not be jiggly come July!

I'd like to join! :-) in 15 weeks I could hit 137lbs, and fit into my size 7 capris again!! I bought them 2 years ago and I've worn them maybe 5 times :-S I'm starting at 166 point something so 2lbs/week is definitely do-able :-D

Oh, and I'd like to be 3 months smoke-free by July 4th as well. I've set a new quit date of April 1st so good luck to meee :-D

In in in! I hope to be at my goal by June 1st and maintaining it 100% by July 4th. My goals are:

1) Strength train 40 minutes per day, and at least 30 minutes of cardio

2) Keep the carbs and fat grams down, but nothing too extreme

3) 1600 calories per day, with calorie cycling

4) No binging!

I'm hoping to be 175/170 by June 1... so I'm saying I'd like to be about 160or 155 by July 4th!

I am exercising at the gym 5 days a week (2 days with trainer), and doing Weight Watchers. I am going to increase my exercise and restart the 30 Day Shred 5 days a week, and add walking with my baby on weekends. I'm ready to be UN-jiggly!
