Following any specific plan: Nothing too specific. I am eating EXTREMELY healthy!! I walk every lunch break, try to get in evening walks with my little one at home when we have the time and I work out almost every night in my apartment's gym. Seems to be working well so far.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I am motivated this time!!! I've always said I will do it and failed!! I am tired of being bigger than all my friends and not being comfortable in everything I wear. If I dont lost it now, I will regret it when its too late!!

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I HATE VEGETABLES!!! with a passion. I find them so boring and such a chore to eat. I think i find the restriction of eating certain things the hardest thing for me in general.
Following any specific plan: Well for me no foods are permanently off limits except for soda ( diet and non diet), I limit my portions but nothing else is off limits. I try to avoid eating as much processed food, or fast food. sometimes I slip up. But I kick butt at the gym. I go every day for at least an hour and make sure I burn 500 -700 calories each time. my weight loss is 80% exercise and 20% diet.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: Well I never really made a conscious decision to get serious about weight loss. Any other small attempts to lose weight were based on what others thought of me. This time I did this for my self. I was sick of feeling bad and looking bad. I had lied to myself for years saying there was no way I could lose weight, my genes are against me, blah blah blah, I just made the decision and now I'm determined to succeed.

Anything else you would like to share with us: I'm possibly going on holiday in August to Spain and I need the beach body so please motivate me as much as you can if you see me around! My goal I would love to achieve by the time I go back to college in September so I will probably update this come September and see how I've gotten on over the summer.
