Yeah, it's weird how (I know for me at least) that my eating tends to follow the clock during the work week, but I can skip the urge to snack when busy enough even though I start getting those tummy-rumbles.

I hope you are doing well, Ade!

I'm a big snacker, but it's usually fruit or veggies, so it's okay. And I know I need to, so I plan(ned) for it in my points.

It's 1:45. I'll eat around 6:30. Yikes. I so got this, though.

I had the most amaaaazing grilled cheese. It was made with this white bread called Healthy Life (2 slices, 1 pt), 2 slices WW american cheese (1), and 1 tbsp of yogurt margarine (1). It was like the best thing I've eaten in a long time

I also burned 4-5 activity points from swimming today. Last night I burned like 15 from helping my friend move (from one 2nd story room to another second story apartment! ) It was just the two of us girls too, so it was a lot of hard work. Unfortunately, I didn't eat very healthy. I probably ate all those activity points, but at least I didn't go over!

I was 1 lb lighter this morning than I was yesterday, but still 1 lb heavier than I was Monday at my official weigh in. I still have a few days though, and I'm sure I will lose!

I went shopping with a friend tonight and Old Navy had some jeans on clearance. So, I thought I'd be smart and buy the next 2 sizes down. I'm wearing a 12 comfortably right now, so I bought a pair of 10s and a pair of 8s. The 10s FIT! I wouldn't feel completely comfortable wearing them out yet, but any day, I'm betting they'll be comfortable enough!!!

I love Old Navy...

Grats kcx on that activity, that is awesome (and so it dropping that pound!) and Congrats Hickory, I love the smaller-jean-size feelin' don't you?

Yeah, LOVE fruit, always have, but now I have a better reason for stockin' up and munching it down, than just eating, Ade.

Ugh! I drifted into dangerous website territory, to keep it short, I am now fighting the urge to make the high-cal, low-nutrition foods that got me in this situation. But I don't have the ingredients in the kitchen and I've already had dinner, so there's no reason for me to pick up another thing to stick in my mouth aside from the planned 2pt bag of cherries and 1pt bag of popcorn. I'm determined, these urges will be fought and forgotten come tomorrow morning. Grr!

Here's a bit of .
Let's have a fantastic weekend ladies!
I'm gonna get my butt on a treadmill this weekend, that I swear!

Kc grats on the loss! Hickory way to go with the new Jean size. I made it to dinnertime without eating but I must admit I went overboard at the grocery store for dinner options. But you know what? I haven't dwelled on being hungry. Oh and just fyi this isn't something I'll be doing regularly. Just today! Didn't want you all to think I'm starving myself regularly! Happy weekend!

Hey Everyone! I made it through my vacation and maintained! I was not on plan and tried to be careful of the things I ate but there were some days where all that went out the window.
Today is my bday and I have a bunch of stuff planned for the day so I will have to give more updates later. I am off to get ready for a bbq! Hope you are all having a great weekend!

Hi Ladies,

I made it back from my trip to New York and started class yesterday. The trip was amazing, the class, not so much... My friends were perfect. They were complimentary, but didn't make a big deal, and were totally supportive of all my different kinds of food weird-ness. I was pretty good about eating, but went a little overboard with the drinking, so hopefully I didn't do too much damage! (and even if I did, totally worth it.)

Kay, you look so gorgeous in your purple dress. Congrats on maintaining.

Bex, I'm so happy to hear that your ankle is on the mend!

Zan, that cartoon is too funny/ deff something I've experienced.

Hickory, Yea! for new jeans. Old Navy is just not cut for my body type but I feel like you can find super cute stuff there sometimes.

kcx, are you a swimmer?

Ade, how goes the food retraining?

Hope you all have a good day, I'm going to try to get my *** to class on time for a change!

Morning!
bex- I'm so happy that your ankle is all clear. How is it feeling? Congrats on the loss! Way to keep your chin up!
zan- LOVE the comic. I think we all can relate to that!
Msgeng- Glad you had an awesome trip. And that your friends didn't over-do the weight loss talk.

I'm doing very well. Sunday I spent a good chunk of time planning my food plan through Thursday, and then I went grocery shopping and prepared that which needed preparing. Thursday I'll be going to my parent's for my sister's bday weekend. And I'll be going with my mom to her WW meeting, which I'm kind of excited about. We haven't gone together before. So I'll be planning Fri-Sun with her. She cooks healthy mostly and they've been even better on weekends that they know I'm there because I'm doing it too!
Yesterday I was on plan all day. Which may not sound like a big accomplishment, but I haven't had an honest to goodness on plan day in way too long. And temptation hit, I got a rebate card AND financial aid, and in the past I would have gone to an expensive restaurant.
Instead, I had my planned mini pizzas. Easy and 3 points. Sandwich thins (if you can't find these, english muffins are what we used when I was a kid), Tomato Sauce (I used the kind that was just tomatoes...added pepper, garlic and thyme), and 1/4 c. mozzarella. Toast the sandwich thins to your liking. Top with sauce and cheese (I added bean sprouts, but if you add something like that or spinach, put it under the cheese, other toppings go on top). Bake for a few minutes until melted or browned. BF loved it and it took about 10 minutes (only like 2 prep). Very easy. I should have planned better and made a side of veggie-something, cuz I'll be honest, I wasn't full for very long. I was really excited about them because I kept telling BF "oh and you can use BBQ sauce and I'll make you BBQ chicken pizza, and if you ever get bored I'll just change it up and make it new again." I'm surprised I haven't chased him away yet!
Sorry for the novel! Hope everyone is having a fabulous Tuesday. Short week for me!!! YAY! I love you ladies!

Ade, I read where you quoted yourself about the mini pizzas and went, "Aw! So cute!" I might just have to try those myself.

I'm having problems finding somen noodles at my local grocery store and it makes me , Angel hair pasta soup just isn't the same, I like the softer somen noodles. Ah well, next monday I'll be driving into another town anyway (so I'll be able to pick them up from my usual store. I'm gonna stock up! ) *her chopsticks are ready!* Yum.

Welcome back, Cohen. What class are you taking?

So, I've been trying to figure out why, for the past two days, has my right arm been aching. I just remembered playing a Wii basketball game late Sunday night. I cannot believe that that would make my arm ache longer than one night, haha! I scored 200, well over 50 points higher than my previous score, and another 20 higher than the scorer before me. Victory! I think I could beat that, but I had to leave as it was nearly 10pm. Fun with friends, never last long enough!
