SW: 178.0 CW: 176.0 GW: 160.0 I worked out last night and sweat a LOT so I hope that was all of the water I was retaining because of TOM - I was 177.4 so I'm very hesitant about that 176 number... |

CW: 189 GW: 175 -- official weigh-in, and i'm finally back in the 180s. this time i'm not going higher again! i find the pattern with me is, i lose a couple pounds, then i go back up, then go right back down to the weight i was when i lost the weight. soo annoying. easter is this sunday, and i'm fasting (no meat) until then, so hopefully i get to 187 before Sunday!! that'll be my off day for the week, because there'll be a lot of food and i don't feel like calculating everything, but it'll all be healthy & in moderation! i'll have lots of fruits & veggies beforehand!! |

Was doing poorly but i started fresh this week.

CW: 167 GW: 155 This week was pretty good. Lost 2 lbs (all by Tuesday) and have been hoovering around 166/167 since then. Only 12 lbs to goal, I think that'll be doable by memorial day. Congrats on everyone's progress, happy holiday, and hope everyone has a lovely week!!! |
