I haven't been updating my progress here very regularily, but here's my most recent number :) I do believe I will reach this goal! (I better, I have over a month to get down 2lbs, lol.)

I have been eating low carb for the past 4 days, its just something different that I thought I would try for a while. I was only planning on eating low carb for about a week but if I lose weight at the rate I did today then I might keep going low carb until I hit the 160's. I really want to be in the 160's before the month ends...but I'm not sure if I'll make it...thats 3 lbs in 8 days! I have never lost that much in so little of time. ; / But maybe Ill have a miracle.
as for the memorial day challenge, I'm def. going at a good rate...I'm pretty sure I'll make my goal--may even pass it by a pound or two, and thats perfectly ok with me! SW:180 CW:172 GW:164 |

missyRxOx maybe you could try changing around your exercise? That's what I'm doing at the moment and now the scale is moving again. Before I was doing pretty much only elliptical and then weights, now I've started doing aerobics as well :)

OMG finally!
I've been fighting my body to get out of 204's since the 19th and this morning I get on the scale and it reads 203.2-203.4...after about 5 times of stepping on and off the scale to make sure, no 204's popped up! YAY! I just hope with TOM coming this week that doesn't go back up! SW: 204 CW: 203.4 (not gonna change my ticker yet) GW: 199 |
