Well I didn't make the Spring Challenge, so I'm gonna sign up for this one...; ( I'm still at 180! I haven't lost any weight in exactly 11 days. 11 freaking days! My weight flucuates 1-2 pounds but it typically goes back down to 180 lbs...funnily enough it never goes under 180... I'm trying to moniter my calories very strictly...going for 1400-1600 cals, but I hate doing that, its annoying to me. ; (
Anyway for the memorial challenge: SW: 180 CW:180 GW: 164 I'm going for 16 lbs! Hopefully I can do it. |
Chipmunk, I know how you feel it seemed like no matter how hard I tried my weight loss always stopped at 160, never 159. But if you stick with it I know you can see 170's, calorie counting is sometimes tedious but worth it when you start to see results!

CW: 190 GW: 175 -- soo yeah... i had at one point hit 189... but then it went back to 190 seeing as my last couple days i haven't completely gone off track, but i binged one night, and last night my boyfriend treated me to ice cream (i was having a bad day w/ family) so i did it.. i don't regret it. after today i hope to see the one pound loss and get back to the 180's! and if not today, ill see it by wednesday :):) -- Jess7286, i followed you on twitter :) didn't think anyone else on here had twitter! |
I'm totally in! I want to focus on losing 10 pounds, which would put me at 146.6 on Memorial Day.
As for my plan, I am trying something new this week that I hope to stick with: no processed foods, no chemicals, no crap. Everything organic and natural. In the words of Jillian Michaels "If it didn't have a mother or come from the ground, don't eat it." I am not going to be quite that strict, but I did go out and buy organic versions of the foods I usually eat. I also want to focus on eating more fruits and veggies. We'll see how it goes. Joining!! Ug last year, i was all upset Memorial day weekend cuz i had recently gained weight, and was back over 165... now:
CW: 216 Memorial GW: under 200 I know it's a HUGE goal, but I'm at my biggest ever, and hoping this initial weight drop will be big enough to pull it off. I just feel so pathetic praying to get down under 200 by then when i was 160 this time last year... but, there's nothing I can do to change that now, so i just need to focus on the goals ahead and not the past... |
